Our Story
EF Landscaping began in 2024 with a red pickup truck, a shovel, and a mission to create beautiful outdoor spaces across Park City.
Founded by Fernando Rodriguez, it started with weekend work for family and friends. Word spread fast, and what began as small backyard projects grew into a full-time business providing expert landscaping and concrete services throughout Summit County.
Ownership Team
EF Landscaping is co-owned by Fernando Rodriguez and Bert Patino, trusted professionals with a shared dedication to high-quality workmanship and reliable service.
Fernando Rodriguez brings 3–4 years of landscaping and project management experience. He leads project estimates, landscape design, and oversees the landscaping crew to ensure every job is delivered with care and precision.
Bert Patino, co-founder and concrete specialist, has been in the trade since 2011. He manages concrete and landscaping operations, coordinates job sites, and ensures projects stay on track and meet client expectations.
Our Team
Carlos Patino – Foreman and Excavator
Carlos brings over 22 years of experience. As EF Landscaping’s Foreman and Lead Excavator, he ensures projects run smoothly, stay on schedule, and meet the company’s high standards.
Miguel Rodriguez – Lawn and Tree Specialist
With 15 years of experience in lawn maintenance and tree cutting, Miguel is known for his strong work ethic and dependable results.
Sergio Galeana – Sprinkler and Paver Specialist
Sergio has 5 years of hands-on experience with sprinkler systems and paver installations. His attention to detail ensures high-quality, efficient work on every job.
Jordan Fuerte – Field Assistant
Jordan is the newest member of the EF Landscaping team. As a dependable field assistant, he helps keep the crew moving by picking up parts, running supplies, and power washing driveways after job completion. Eager to learn and always ready to pitch in, Jordan brings great energy and support to every project.
